Relocation
When you make the decision to relocate – whether it’s for a new job, retirement, or military related – that alone can be a stressful process without the worry of all that is involved with finding a home in an unfamiliar area. Whatever your reasons are for moving, we can help make the transition as smooth as possible as you adjust to your new hometown. We can also answer the important questions that you may have regarding Orlando schools, neighborhoods, and property taxes.
The best part about Orlando is that no matter what you are looking for, Orlando has it. In addition to the features of a home that you desire, you should also want to consider what you would like in the area as well. While we begin to search for the perfect home for you and your family, we will also discuss your perfect area as well.

Timing Your Move
When it comes to selling your old house and going through the process of purchasing one out of state, the timing really is everything. Many people either overestimate or underestimate the timeline on how long it will take to sell their current house. We will work with you every step of the way in helping you make sure your move is a seamless one.
Visiting Orlando
Whether you are relocating to Orlando because of a job offer here or just for a change of scenery, you may or may not already be familiar with Orlando’s surroundings. Visiting the area, other than being on vacation, is a great way to get to know the city and what it has to offer. While you are here, we can meet in person and go over any information that you have and I can answer any additional questions you might have. Together we can also discuss your options and find the best area in Orlando that best matches your current neighborhood.
There’s no limit on how often you should visit Orlando before you move to get yourself acquainted with the area. No matter how many times you visit, we will always be here to answer any question that comes up. Although it will only take one visit to fall in love with this beautiful city, arriving either too early or too late may prove challenging. We recommend an approximate 6 week window prior to when you want to move into your home. While closing dates can always be shifted if needed, this timeline has proven to work best. We understand that being out of state during the sale or purchase of a home can be a difficult task, especially since real estate markets can have varying timetables and laws. We are here and we will make it stress-free for you.
Negotiations and Inspections
Although your presence is required to view each home and get familiarized with your new city, we can take care of the rest for you! While some negotiations can take time, all communication and paperwork can be done electronically, so you don’t have to take time away from your packing and preparations at home to be here.
Can’t be here for your home inspection either? No problem! Once the home inspection is scheduled, we will be at your future home to meet the home inspection and allow him entry into the property. These home inspection reports are handled electronically as well and can be received in as little as a few hours after the inspection is complete. We are also happy to review your inspection report with you and explain everything to you.
Closing
You’re at the homestretch! We found the perfect home for you and negotiated a great deal. All that is left is to close on your home. At the closing, we will be there to answer any final questions as you sign all of the paperwork, obtain your house keys and take possession of your home. Congratulations, you did it!
