Summer Renovations for 2018

Summer Renovations for 2018Summer Renovations for 2018 – The last year’s renovation trends were a surprise. But this year’s summer renovation trends are a lot more interesting. From happy patterns and cheerful shades to mixed customized designs, the trends are unique and a lot more fascinating, as the Lake Mary Realtors share their experience.

So if you have recently stepped into your new house and need modern renovations, here are 2018’s summer renovation trends to go for!

Cheery Shades

It’s time to let go of beige and opt for some bright colors. The trend calls for some bright shades, especially during the summer season. The most cheering shade among all is the green shade. According to the trend followers, the fashion and design trends will be a positive gesture of refreshment and revitalization – something we always want!

Mixed Patterns

Amalgamation of various appealing designs is something we have only seen in the fashion industry. But according to Sanford Florida Realtors, mixed patterns are making their way into interior designing. This is one of the trends on our 2018 summer renovation list. So put your creative hat on, and mix and match different design patterns to add a touch of uniqueness to your home’s interior.

Marble has always been an important aspect of interior designing and home renovations. According to Lake Mary Realtors, a lot of buyers prefer to have marble flooring or wall covering when they visit a house. The trend has always been there and it is indeed heading nowhere except for becoming one of the 2018’s summer renovation trend.

Satin Brass

If you don’t want to add a lot of money to add shine to your space, go with brass. It adds a remarkable finish and shine to any space in the house. Being one of the 2018’s summer renovation trends, satin brass is a must if you want to add a classic touch and warmth to your house’s design. The best part is that it goes well with any color pattern or tone.

Ceruse Wood

Wood has always been a major part of interior designing. According to Sanford Florida Realtors, wood-flooring or use of wood in different spaces of the house, increases the value of the property. That is why, wood trend has always been around and continues to show up in the summer renovation trends of 2018. However, when we say Ceruse, we refer to the technique which enables the wood grain to come forward. This year Ceruse wood will be a trend you will notice on  not only cabinets but also tables, chairs, and other bigger storage spaces.

No More Black

According to Lake Mary Realtors, people use a lot of black for interior designing and it is a safe option to go for. However, the trend has now definitely changed. Black is clichéd, and is now being replaced by darker shades such as navy blue. The blue is also a preferred color as it adds modernity to design patterns, without making them lose the touch of darker shades.

All of these are the summer renovation trends that will be highly popular this summer. However, if you are looking to buy a house to practice these exciting trends, get the professional assistance of the Megan Dowdy Realty right away!
